Absolutely. Every piece is hand-inspected, laundered and sanitised before it is listed and shipped.
How is sizing measured?
We list by age (e.g. 2Y) and include measurements where available. Message us on Facebook for extra guidance.
Are items reserved once in my cart?
Items stay open to everyone until checkout. Complete your order promptly to secure the piece.
What payment methods do you accept?
GCash, Maya, bank transfer, cash on delivery and cash on meetup within Metro Manila.
How does shipping work?
After payment, message us on Facebook with your reference number and we'll reply with your shipping link. Metro Manila enjoys same-week shipping; provincial orders ship via trusted couriers.
Can I return or exchange?
Brand-new items may be exchanged within 3 days if unworn with tags. Preloved items are final sale unless materially not as described.
