Brand-new items may be exchanged within 3 days of receipt, unworn and with tags intact. Preloved items are final sale unless materially not as described.

Refunds
Where approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days.
Not As Described
If an item differs materially from its listing or grade, we will make it right — full refund or replacement, our treat on return shipping.
