1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and shopping at Curated by Celina, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. Products & Availability
Items are sold on a first-checkout basis and are not reserved while in your cart. Preloved items are one-of-a-kind; once sold, they cannot be reordered.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and inclusive of applicable fees. We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, cash on delivery and cash on meetup. Payment must be completed to confirm an order.
4. Condition Grading
Preloved items are graded honestly (Brand New, Like New, Excellent, Very Good). Minor signs of wear are disclosed on each listing. Grading is provided in good faith as a guide.
5. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and our confirmation message. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing error or item unavailability.
6. Limitation of Liability
Curated by Celina is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website beyond the value of the item purchased.
